Dear First Presbyterian Families,
Our first week of school was wonderful! The children were excited to explore their classrooms, make new friends and learn the “rules of school”. Remember, if your child is experiencing anxiety upon arrival, reassure your child that school is fun and you will return soon. Be positive as you leave and take comfort knowing that your child is being loved and nurtured while at school.
Arrival and pick up procedure will continue to become more timely in the next few weeks. Please remain in your vehicle, the helper will come to you and walk your child inside; the same policy applies to pick up, the helper will bring your child to you and buckle them safely.
Please be mindful that all paperwork should be turned in as soon as possible. The following papers need to be on file:
September tuition is now due. If payment is being made by check, please indicate in the memo your child’s name. Thank you for your cooperation.
Our Parent’s Day Out (PDO) program is under way as well. You may utilize this program on Monday, Thursday or Friday from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. for $12 a day. Please sign up in the PDO classroom. If your child is in school on one of these days and you would like for them to participate in after school care until 12:00 pm for $5.00 please send a note for your teacher and sign up in the PDO room. If space is available, you may utilize this program on multiply days but as the program grows you may be asked to pick your first choice.
Your children our excited about school and want to share stories about their day with you!! Therefore, when you pick your child up from school, give them your undivided attention and ask specific questions about their day! They will be happy and excited to share with you!
