Local Habitat News

Here is some updated Habitat info:

The second family whose home First Pres. will be working on is the home of Joy Stewart. This home is located at 1813 E. Centennial Ave. Joy works at Star Bank and will share this home with her 12 year old daughter.

Breakfast will be served in Fellowship Hall at 7:15 Monday through Friday.
Please be prompt so that you can leave for the worksite at 7:45.
Pulled pork sandwiches will be served most of the week for lunch. If you cannot have pork, let me know so anothersandwich can be provided. The work day will run from 8:00 until 3:00 with breaks and lunch.Please work safely and pace yourself. Drink plenty of fluids if it hot. Sunscreen, hat, and properclothing are recommended. Tools will be provided by Habitat.We will be working on Christina Mackey's house at 2025 S. Jefferson through Thursday. July 10th,It will be dedicated at 3:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon. Friday we will be working at Joy Stewart's house at 1813 E. Centennial.
